Chicken Strips with Honey Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1 c Honey
1 c Spicy brown mustard; prepared
1 c All-purpose flour
1 c Bread crumbs; fresh
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
1/2 ts Garlic; granulated
4 lb Chicken breast; skinless, boneless, cut in 3x1x1/2-inch strips

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine honey and mustard; mix well. Combine flour, crumbs, salt, pepper
and garlic; mix well. Dredge chicken strips in flour-crumb mixture; shake
off excess. Deep-fry in 375 degrees F oil about 1-1/2 minutes or until
completely cooked and golden brown.
