1 md Onion; chopped
2 Cloves Garlic; mashed
1/4 c Chopped Green Bell Pepper
1 15 Oz Can Black Beans; drained/rinsed
1 15 Oz Can Small White Beans
2 4 Oz Cans Chopped Green Chilies
1 28 Oz Can Chopped Or Whole Tomatoes
1 ts Cumin
1/2 ts Chili Powder
Salt And Pepper; to taste
Chopped Green Onion; Nonfat Sour Cream
And Shredded Nonfat Cheddar Cheese; for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Sweat onions, garlic and bell pepper in a large pot. Add remaining
ingredients except garnish and simmer for at least 30 minutes.
Garnish with chopped green onion, nonfat sour cream and shredded
nonfat cheddar cheese.
