Chili Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS

NORMA WRENN NPXR56B—–
4 Lean pork chops
20 oz Can creamed corn salt
2 ts Chili powder pepper
1 ts Instant minced onion
1/4 c Sweet pepper flakes
1/2 c Bread crumbs
2 tb Melted butter

INSTRUCTIONS

Trim excess fat from pork chops.  Rub each side with a little salt and
pepper. Brown chops in melted pork fat. Place in casserole. Combine corn,
salt, chili powder, pepper, onion and pepper flakes; spoon over chops.
Cover casserole and bake 35 minutes in 350 degree oven. Blend bread crumbs
with melted butter; sprinkle over casserole and bake, uncovered 15 minutes
longer.
