Chocolate Fondue

INGREDIENTS

1 200 gram bar Cadbury's Bournville chocolate
142 ml Double cream; (1/4 pint)
60 ml Honey or golden syrup; (3 tablespoons)
A selection of prepared fresh fruit
A family box of Cadbury's 99 Flake

INSTRUCTIONS

Break up the chocolate and put into a bowl with the cream and honey or
syrup. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute; stir and heat again for a
further
30    seconds.
Serve in small fondue pots, if you have them, with a colourful
selection of fresh fruit, using fondue forks or cocktail sticks. Also
dip in the Flake - they are lovely dripping with chocolate fondue.
Variations: To ring the taste changes add any of the following to the
fondue mix - marshmallows, crushed soft mints, instant coffee, 2
mashed bananas, ice cream - serving the fondue just before the ice
cream melts - and last but not least , a little rum, brandy or
liqueur. There really is no limit to the number of variations you can
create - have fun!
