Clams, Squid And Potato With Cider And Spring Onions

INGREDIENTS

3 T Butter
1 Spring onions, trimmed and
sliced
250 French cider, reduced down
to
125ml
1 kg Clams, washed
200 g Fresh squid, cleaned and
finely
sliced
200 g Small cubed potato, cooked

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt the butter in a pan and add the spring onion and cook until
softened.  Then add the remaining ingredients and cook for 5 minutes.
Discard any  clams that have not opened and serve.  Converted by
