When His people are without strength, without resources, without hope, without human gimmicks – then He loves to stretch forth His hand from heaven. Once we see where God often begins we will understand how we may be encouraged.

Coconut Milk

INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 c Desiccated coconut
3 c Milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine the coconut with the milk in a heavy saucepan. Heat slowly,
bring to a simmer, then remove from the heat and cool. Strain the
milk, pressing down on the coconut meat to extract all the liquid.
Squeeze all the coconut through a towel to get any last drops.
Discard the coconut.
