INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat oven to 350*. Shape heaping tablespoons of well-chilled dough into balls. Place about 4 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets. Cut foil into twelve 12 x 9-inch pieces for each sandwich desired. For each sandwich, place about 1/3 cup ice cream between 2 cookies; gently press together.
