Corny Bean Bake

INGREDIENTS

2 cn Baked beans; (16-oz. each)
1/2 lb Cocktail sausages; cut in bite-size pieces
1/4 c Barbecue sauce
1 c Crushed corn chips
1 c Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c Chopped green onion

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a shallow 2-quart casserole, combine beans,
sausages and barbecue sauce. In a medium bowl, combine corn chips, cheese
and onion. Top beans with corn chip mixture. Bake 25 minutes. Makes 6-8

instead of cocktail sausages. Very easy dish to make and it tasted
wonderful. Served it with Pecan Orange Slaw.
