Country-style Chicken Cutlets

INGREDIENTS

1 Envelope Lipton Recipe
Secrets Golden Onion Soup
Mix
3/4 c Bread crumbs
1/4 c Parmesan cheese, grated
1 t Dry mustard, optional
6 Boneless skinless chicken
breast halves OR turkey
cutlets about 1 1/2
pounds
1/4 c All-purpose flour
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c Butter or margarine, melted

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, toroughly combine golden  onion
soup mix, bread crumbs, cheese and mustard. Dip chicken in  flour, then
eggs, then bread crumb mixture, until evenly coated. In  lightly
greased 13 X 9" baking or roasting pan, arrange chicken;  drizzle with
butter. Bake uncovered, turning once, 20 minutes or  until done.
