Eggs, separated & beaten |

Parsley or green pepper |

Salt/pepper to taste |
INSTRUCTIONS
Separate the eggs. Add beaten yolks to white sauce. Mix all ingredients
and fold in egg whites. Bake in 375 degree oven until brown, about 20
minutes.
