Crab Meat Dip

INGREDIENTS

24 oz Cream cheese softened
1/2 c Mayonnaise
1/4 c Dry white wine
2 tb Dijon mustard
1 1/2 ts Powdered sugar
1/2 ts Onion juice
20 ml Pressed garlic
1 lb Flaked crab meat
1/2 c Toasted chopped pinenuts; Run through food processor On pulsator
1/4 c Fresh parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

Directions Thoroughly combine cheese, mayonnaise, wine, mustard, sugar
onion juice and garlic. Fold in flaked crab and heat. Transfer to warm
chafing dishand sprinkle with pinenuts and parsley. Serve with crackers.
