Cranberry Chocolate Fudge

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Sugar
1 c Marshmallow cream
3/4 c Evaporated milk
2 tb Butter or margarine
2 pk (6 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
1 ts Van
1 c Chopped walnuts
1 c Fresh or frozen Cranberries; rinsed and drained

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large-size sauce pan combine sugar, marshmallow creme, evaporated milk
and butter. Place over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture
boils, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips, until
melted. Add vanilla, walnuts and cranberries. Pour into a greased 8-inch
square baking pan. Cool. Cut into 1 inch squares
