Cream Of Tomato Soup (4b’s Recipe)

INGREDIENTS

3 14 oz tomatoesdiced
12 oz Chicken broth
2 T Butter
2 T Sugar
1 Onion chopped
1 pn Baking soda
2 c Cream

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix tomatoes, chicken broth, butter, sugar, onions and baking soda in
a large pot and simmer for one hour. Heat cream slowly in a double
boiler. (Do not boil!) Add heated cream to tomato mixture.  Posted to
