Creamed Onions And Celery

INGREDIENTS

4 T Butter
2 c Sliced celery
1 Cream of celery soup
1/4 c Milk
1 T Dry sherry
1/4 t Paprika
2 Jars boiled white onions
16 oz. drained
1/2 c Crushed pretzels

INSTRUCTIONS

In 2 tablespoons butter, saute celery 3 minutes. In bowl, combine
soup, milk, paprika and sherry. Add celery and onions. Pour into 1  1/2
quart casserole. Melt other 2 tablespoons butter and stir into
pretzels. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
