Hebrew Christians had too many problems. Persecuted, despised, robbed, and even imprisoned.  Consequently many of them became cold and dull. They began to neglect fellowship and   prayer.  As a result they lost their
confidence, became so tired and weary, slowly began to slip away and refuse to go forward. Instead of growing they were going backward.
