Scientists have just decoded the first message from an alien
civilization! After removing a large block of what appeared to be
"address headers" from a signal received last month by the Aricibo Very
Large Array antenna, the following plain-text message was decoded after
several hours of work by a series of supercomputers:

Galactic Rotation you will receive enough hydrogen to power your
civilization until entropy reaches its maximum! IT REALLY WORKS!"
