Word for Today, Mon, 12 Jun 2000: Fwd: THE CHRISTIAN CONNECTION NEWSLETTER 06-10-00

Posted by: masinick <masinick@...>

Dear friends,

This is a somewhat lengthy message, but I would like to send it out today,
with the hope that it will be an encouragement to at least one person on
our mailing list. The heart of the message is about the "Biblical Woman".
There is one example given of a woman who represents a model of what a
"woman of God" is like. Then there is an example, (given first) of a woman
who is the antithesis of a woman of God.

Perhaps there have been times when, either as men or women, we have
exhibited character traits of one, or both, of these women, mentioned in
the Bible. There is another message planned, which examines the "Biblical
Man". If it is anywhere near as useful, I'd like to share that one as well.

Finally, this message contains some scripture references, which can be an
encouragement to us, regardless of our sex or our present condition. I
encourage you to look up, think about, and pray about, the bible references
at the end.

Have a great week!

Brother Brian
