[GoodRead] Prisoners of Hope

The book “Prisoners of Hope” is one that I will not forget for a long time.
It is a true story about two missionary women, Dayna Curry and Heather
Mercer. They each tell of their stories of what it was like to be held
prisoner in Afghanistan and not know what their fate would be, but they knew
that they had to put their trust in God. Even while in prison, they were
telling other women about God and how good He is. While they tell their
story, you just picture it in your head and think that something like what
they are describing couldn’t be real, but it was. I could not imagine going
through what these two women did. They had to be brave and rely on God to get
them through it all and He showed them what He can do. This is a book that I
encourage all to read, I couldn’t put it down.
