There is no use trying to be more spiritual than God. God never meant man to be a purely spiritual creature. That is why He uses material things like bread and wine to put the new life into us. We may think this rather crude and unspiritual. God does not: He invented eating. He likes matter. He invented it. I know some muddle-headed Christians have talked as if Christianity taught that sex, or the body, or pleasure, were bad in themselves. But they were wrong. Christianity is almost the only one of the great religions which thoroughly approves of the body – which believes that matter is good, that God Himself once took on a human body, and that some kind of body is going to be given to us even in Heaven and is going to be an essential part of our happiness, our beauty, and our energy.

Hell, everyone!

What a time it has been!   The CoronaVIrus situation certainly has things in an upheaval.  Our final Sunday ar Chapel de Oro ended up being March 15th instead of March 29th as we thought.  So, we still feel like we haven't had our good-byes yet, even though almost everyone but a small handful of us are still in town.

Almost all non-essential businesses are closed.  Most restaurants are doing "take-outs" only and many places like Fry's Super Market, WalMart, Sam's Club, and others have designated certain early morning hours for "seniors" only.  Like most places, paper products were almost impossible to find, but that has lightened up considerably.

We plan to remain in Yuma until we feel we can comfortably drive or fly to Missouri.  We praise God for providing Life Unlimited with this comfortable Park Model trailer with all the space we need.  Spending this time in the earlier 5th wheel we used for two seasons makes us cringe at the thought.
