Jesus, You're Beautiful!

Then I turned to see the voice
that spoke with me. And having turned I saw seven golden lampstands, and
in the midst of the seven lampstands One like the Son of Man, clothed
with a garment down to the feet and girded about the chest with a golden band. His head and hair were white like wool,

When the apostle John was taken up into heaven, one of the first things
he saw was Jesus – once the crucified Lamb, now the mighty Conqueror and reigning
King. Enveloped in the radiance of His
glory and the power of His majesty, John fell at His feet in reverence. I strongly suspect you and I will do the same
when we stand before Him.
Whether the sight of Him is fear-inducing or awe-inspiring will depend
entirely on your relationship with Him. Personally,
I long so much to see Him. To lay
prostrate at His feet. To gaze at His
beauty. His eyes are like flames of
fire. His voice is powerful, like the
sound of Niagara Falls. As one
