Dear Friends, Family, and In-Pact Partners:

For some reason it appears that you may not be able to open the PDF file of our letter, so I am sending a smaller version with a few pictures deleted to see if that works. The rest of the content is the same.

After many interruptions and delays, we are finally getting another praise and prayer report to you so you can stay informed, and continue praying for us as we face incredibly challenging times. If you would like a Word Document version , please email us at lifeunlimited@pobox.com and we'll personally send you one.

We find ourselves in an interesting position where much of what has been happening, along with what the future looks like, seem to be unclear or tentative. As we enter the season of the year when most ministries begin to see a reduction of invitations or opportunities and family holiday activities increase, we find ourselves experiencing much of the same thing. Dan Smith would like us to return to Detroit, but because of other scattered ministry and family responsibilities, and because of the need to get some major maintenance and upkeep on the house taken care of, any lengthy period of time seems virtually impossible, at least before next Spring.

We find ourselves torn between three "pullings" ---- a few nearby ministry needs and commitments, practical maintenance needs so we can be ready to make major decisions in the future, and the needs to impact other states and countries.

So, we're doing our best to simply rest in the Lord, and not let those "pullings" confuse or frustrate us. We do see some big things ahead, and know we must be ready for them when the Lord reveals them.

We didn't post specific prayer requests on this letter because of a lack of space, but you will find many, both for us and for others, embedded within the content of the letter. Please make it a priority to pray with us about all of them. Especially pray that our financial base will become much more secure and consistent.
