Hi all,

A question re Win 10 upgrade.  We have been upgrading some machines at work today, some were successful one not.   There is a problem with the monitor, it will not allow the upgrade because !Display: The display is not compatible with Windows 10. Check with the manufacturer for support.  The monitor is an LG, newly purchased, the computer is Win 7 Pro - Dell also newly purchased.  I switched monitors with another LG which upgraded to Win 10 on another computer with no issues but received the same message on this computer, then I tried an ACER monitor with same message.  Tried to download the driver from LG without success.  Deleted the download and tried again re LG's instructions, rebooted the machine several times.
I was reading an article that LogMeIn may be the culprit causing the issues.  There is a generic driver on the CPU, the monitor is at the recommended resolution.
Anyone has issues with this error message.
Thanks in advance for your help and comments
Blessings

Irene
