Update on LUMglobal #137 -- Feb 2019

Posted by: lifeunlimited1010 <lifeunlimited1010@...>

Hello, Friends, Family, and In-Pact Partners:

We just wanted to update you on the situation of Life Unlimited's purchase of the park model and sale of the 5th wheel trailer.

God has again been amazing in this situation, and we praise Him for His faithfulness.

When Bob posted the 5th wheel on Facebook's "Marketplace", he immediately began getting "looks".  As of tonight (Wednesday) more than 80 people had viewed the listing, but interestingly, not a single inquiry.  After finally solving some technical problems, he was able to post it on CraigsList Monday.  Tuesday he got one phone call, and this mornng the man came to take a look ---- and bought it.

Because he cannot get the money until he closes on the sale of his house on the 19th, we won't "count our chickens until the eggs hatch", but it looks very promising.  Then this afternoon Bob got another call, and the caller agreed to call again after the 19th to see if the rig is still available.

All of that being the case, by the end of the day, we found ourselves only $4,000 short of the needed funds.  Then tonight Bob got an e-mail about $2,000 for the project being mailed.

So, we can only praise the Lord for all of this.  We are trusting Him for the remaining $2,000 that needs to come in by the 15th.  Thank you for being part of our prayer team . . . or as one of our longtime ministry friends, Dick, calls his supporters, our "PrayerForce".

Assuming that all goes well, we will begin the process of "vacating" the 5th wheel and moving our belongings into the park model the last week of March, making the 5th wheel then available to the buyer immediately thereafter.

It is also interesting about the buyer ---- Originally from Montana by way of Idaho, the man has lived year-round in Yuma for several years.  He works as head of maintenance for a small RV park not far from where we are located, and has lived less than four minutes from where we are located.  The 5th wheel sits immediately next to the street he drives every day to and from work.  We can almost see his house from there.  It only took him a few minutes to decided he wanted the rig.

We hope to still get away from Yuma just a couple of days or so after April 1st and head to Missouri.  It will probably take three to four full days since it's 400 miles further than it is from Greer, and discomfort in Bob's knee makes it necessary to keep most travel days to under 400 miles.

So, that's the scoop.  Rejoice with us.  And pray that God will prompt others to meet the remaining need for the $2,000 on time.

In His Bond, By His Grace, and For His Kingdom,
Bob and Jo Ann
The Tollivers
