INGREDIENTS

| 1/4 | c | Cold liqueur, rum or wine |
INSTRUCTIONS
DISSOLVE gelatin in boiling water. Add juice and liqueur. Pour into 12 (2-ounce) souffle cups. Chill until set, about 1 hour. Cherry-Rum Colo Shots: Use cherry flavor gelatin, 3/4 cup cola beverage and 1/4 cup rum. Orange Triplex: Use orange flavor gelatin, 3/4 cup orange flavor sparkling water and 1/4 cup any orange liqueur.
