INGREDIENTS

3/4 c Butter
2/3 c Firmly packed light brown
sugar
1 Egg
1 t Vanilla extract
1 3/4 c All-purpose flour
3/4 t Baking soda
1/4 t Salt
1/2 c Shredded coconut
3/4 c Coarsely chopped macadamia
nuts
12 oz "M&M's" Chocolate Mini
Baking Bits

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350ø F. In a large bowl with electric mixer, cream
butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg, milk and vanilla,
blending well. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; blend well into
creamed mixture. Blend in coconut and macadamia nuts. By hand, stir  in
"M&M's" r Chocolate Mini Baking Bits. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls
onto ungreased cookie sheets; flatten slightly with back of spoon.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or just until set. Do not over bake. Cool 1
minute before removing to wire rack; cool completely. Store in  tightly
covered container. MAKES ABOUT 4 DOZEN COOKIES.  Recipe by: M & M
