Ingredients: 1 c Cottage cheese; small curd; 3 oz Cream cheese; 2 1/4 oz Deviled ham; 1/4 c Beer; New Glarus Solstice; 1/2 ts Hot sauce; 1 ds Salt; Parsley; for garnish

INGREDIENTS

1	c	Cottage cheese; small curd
3	oz	Cream cheese
2 1/4	oz	Deviled ham
1/4	c	Beer; New Glarus Solstice
1/2	ts	Hot sauce
1	ds	Salt
		Parsley; for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Put all ingredients except parsley into a mixing bowl and beat until
smooth. Place in bowl and garnish with parsley
