We Love God!

God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)

Christians do not believe in medical non-interventionism. Instead, we believe in the moral legitimacy of medical treatment. A Christian worldview authorizes treatment—and we do so as an extension of the doctrine of creation and the dominion God has given to humanity as revealed in the opening chapter of Genesis. Pressing against disease and viruses is part of our mandate. Some might say, “I believe in the sovereignty of God, and if God wants me to have this virus then He will give me the virus. I don’t need medical intervention because I trust God.” That kind of logic, if pressed to its logical conclusion, however, is untenable—we wouldn’t treat any sickness, cancer, or injury. Medical treatment is an extension of God’s common grace and Christians have always understood this. That is why, throughout history, where you found Christians you found hospitals and the church treating the sick.
Albert Mohler

We must not be so engulfed in trying to force social behavior to conform to our standards that we become enemies of those our Lord has called us to win to Himself. We must reject sin and never compromise God's standards of righteousness. But we also must never engage in defamation and denigration of the lost sinners who make up our corrupt culture. When Christians become political, sinners become the enemy instead of the mission field.

Soak first four ingredients together for at least 1 hour. Mix the flour in
well, and put into a greased lined loaf tin and bake for approximately 1
hour at 375F.
Notes: The cake is delicious, and served in slices with a little margarine
on. If you wrap it in foil and keep for a few days (if it lasts that long)
the flavour gets even better. The all-bran is available in the UK as
Kellogg's AllBran. It's sort of little sticks of high-fibre bran stuff. If
you can't get it in the US, I don't know what the equivalent is (not having
been to the US myself).
