    INGREDIENTS

    1 lb Powdered sugar
    8 oz Cream cheese
    1/2 c Margarine or butter
    1/4 c Cocoa

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Mix ingredients together well with electric mixer, then sprinkle remaining
