Ingredients: 8 c Water, cold; 1 Ham bones; 2 c Split peas; 1 Chopped onion, medium; 1 Carrot, chopped; 1 ts Salt; 1/2 ts Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Bring water and ham bone to a boil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer.
