Ingredients: 3 Cloves garlic minced; 1 Ancho chile; briefly toasted and ground in a spice grinder; 2 tb Chopped fresh oregano; 1 tb Gold Tequila; 3 tb (generous) chopped pecans; Salt and pepper to taste; 1/4 lb Unsalted butter
