Ingredients: 3 c Flour; 1 c Sugar; 4 ts Baking powder; 1 ts Salt; 1 ts Cinnamon; 1 ts Cloves; 1 1/2 c Milk; 1 Egg; 2 tb Oil; 1 1/2 c Apples; unpeeled and diced

INGREDIENTS

3	c	Flour
1	c	Sugar
4	ts	Baking powder
1	ts	Salt
1	ts	Cinnamon
1	ts	Cloves
1 1/2	c	Milk
1		Egg
2	tb	Oil
1 1/2	c	Apples; unpeeled and diced

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350&deg; Grease 9x5 loaf pan Mix together wet ingredients with
dry ones mix until well blended. Pour into loaf pan and bake for 1 hour and
20    minutes.
