We Love God!

God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)

Though true Christianity uniquely involves a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, it is also a corporate experience…Christians cannot grow spiritually as they ought to in isolation from one another.
Gene Getz

I am convinced, by the way, that friendships provide the most fertile soil for evangelism. When the reality of Christ is introduced into a relationship of love and trust that has already been established, the effect is powerful. And it seems that invariably, when someone becomes a true follower of Christ, that person’s first impulse is to want to find a friend and introduce that friend to Christ.
John MacArthur

Eggs, Dairy Christmas, Beverages, Great, Marie 12 Servings

INGREDIENTS

12 Egg yolks
2 c Powdered sugar
1 2/3 c Apricot brandy
2 c Cold milk
2 c Heavy cream, chipped
Nutmeg

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large bowl, with and electirc mixer at medium speed, beat the yolks
until very light. Gradually beat in the sugar. Slowly pour in the brandy
while beating constantly. Let rest about 10 minutes. Gradually beat in
the milk. Refrigerate, covered, until very well chilled. I prefer to make
it at least 1 month ahead to allow the flavors to meld.
When ready to serve, pour the eggnog into a punch bowl. Beat the heavy
cream and fold into the eggnog just until blended. Grate fresh nutmeg over
the top.
