Apricot Orange Bread

INGREDIENTS

2 c All-purpose flour
1 tb Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Baking soda
3/4 c Sugar
1/4 c Butter; softened
1/2 c Orange juice
2 tb Mllk
1 Egg
1 1/4 c Chopped dried apricots
1/4 pk (12-oz) Nestle Toll House little bits semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 c Chopped walnuts

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder,
salt and baking soda; set aside. In large bowl, combine sugar and butter;
beat well. Add orange juice, milk and egg; beat well. Gradually blend in
flour mixture. Stir in apricots, Nestle Toll House Little Bits semi-sweet
chocolate and nuts. Spread into greased and floured 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
Cool completely on wire rack. Makes one loaf.
