God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)

What are the signs of disrespect to your parents and other adults? 1. Knowingly disobeying. 2. Making fun of them. 3. Not speaking when they greet you. 4. Making threatening statements, rude or hurtful remarks. 5. Yelling for them to come to you when it not an emergency. 6. Grumbling about decisions they make. 7. Being ungrateful for something they do for you or give you. 8. Complaining about what they have given you to eat. 9. Talking back. 10. Objecting, mocking, correcting, questioning, or giving unasked-for explanations are all signs of disrespect. 11. Speaking in an irreverent way or in anger. 12. Saying to your parents or an adult, “I'll do it in a minute” or “just wait.” 13. Pushing for something after being told “no.” 14. Treating a discipline lightly. 15. Not listening when you are being spoken to. 16. Entering into a closed room of an adult without knocking or quietly asking. 17. Sighing, shrugging the shoulders, or giving a sour look when told to do something.

Vision is our dominant sense. A report published by the Xerox Corporation years ago revealed that 83 percent of what we learn comes through our sight. Hearing provides for 11 percent of what we learn, compared with extremely small percentages from the other three senses: smell, 3.5 percent; touch, 1.5 percent; and taste, 1 percent. No wonder Jesus used visuals!…( Most importantly) Jesus very life was a visual, reinforcing what He taught.

Dairy, Meats, Eggs Appetizer 6 Servings

INGREDIENTS

2 cn Whole Jalapeno chiles
8 oz Monterey Jack cheese
1 lb Pork sausage
1 1/2 c Bisquick
2 Eggs
2 pk Oven fry coating mix (pork flavor)

INSTRUCTIONS

Note: Enough talk about Chili Poppers. Try an Aramdillo Egg! Its a great
recipe that I got from the Sept/Oct 1990 issue of Chile Pepper Magazine
(I've been subscribing for years!) This is still one of my favorite recipes
from the mag. They suggest Cadillac Bar Poppers as a libation w/your
Armadillo Eggs.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grate 2 oz. of cheese and set aside. Grate the
other 6 ozs of cheese and mix it with the sausage and Bisquick. Knead well
and set aside. Slit and scrape seeds from each jalapeno pepper, leaving the
stems on. Rinse the jalapenos and stuff each with some of the 2 ozs of
cheese that was set aside. Separate the sausage dough into patties and form
around the stuffed pods. Made sure the ends are closed and only the stems
are showing.
Beat the eggs in a small bowl and set aside. Spread coating mix on a plate.
Dip each covered pepper into egg and roll in coating mix. Bake on cookie
sheet for 30 minutes, turning each one over after 15 mintues. Serves 6 as
appetizer.
