Complaining about the weather seems to be a favorite American pastime. Sadly, we Christians often get caught up in this ungodly habit in our society. But when we complain about the weather, we are actually complaining against God who sent us our weather. We are, in fact, sinning against God (see Numbers 11:1).
There are basically only two kinds of religion in the world: those based on human achievement and those based on divine accomplishment. One says you can earn your way to heaven; the other says you must trust in Jesus Christ alone.
Place egg, mustard, vinegar, horseradish, sugar,pepper and garlic, in
blender or food processor. Process until smooth. With motor running, slowly
add oil in steady stream, as if making mayonnaise. Process until smooth and
frothy. Transfer to bowl, stir in parsley and adjust seasoning to taste.
Place artichoke bottoms in shallow baking dish with hollow side up. Spoon
some sauce into each one. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil 4 inches from heat
for 5-6 minutes until sauce is golden and bubbly. Serve immediately.
