Ingredients: 32 Heads medium tight tipped asparagus; 4 Egg yolks; 225 g Butter; (8oz); 2 Lemons; juice of; 4 Ripe tomatoes; 55 g Chervil; (2oz); Salt and pepper

Indeed, the existence of fellowship within the Trinity (John 17:23-24) makes it evident that the creation of mankind was not intended to meet some deficiency in God. God was not lonely, bored, or incomplete before he created humanity. God is perfect in Himself, happy in the fellowship and love that exist from all eternity between the Father, Son, and Spirit. Thus, rather than being an attempt to make up for a lack within the Trinity, God created mankind simply because he delights in sharing Himself as an expression of his overflowing self-sufficiency.

Sadly, many evangelical churches today deny in practice the sufficiency of God’s grace for all of life’s problems, supplementing it with the humanistic theories of psychology. The idea that the grace of God is sufficient for even the most serious issues believers may face is derided as antiquated, simplistic, and naïve, like putting a Band-Aid on a broken leg. Asparagus with Hollandaise Sauce

INGREDIENTS

32		Heads medium tight tipped asparagus
4		Egg yolks
225	g	Butter; (8oz)
2		Lemons; juice of
4		Ripe tomatoes
55	g	Chervil; (2oz)
		Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel the asparagus and cook in boiling water until tender.
Meanwhile, melt the butter and place the egg yolk in a stainless
steel bowl and whisk together with 150ml (1/4pint) boiling water
until a sabayon is formed. Pour onto the melted butter slowly as for
mayonnaise. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Garnish with a
chervil and tomato concasse.
