INGREDIENTS

2	c	Finely diced rhubarb
2	c	Firmly packed fresh breadcrumbs-torn by hand
1	c	Granulated white sugar
1/2	c	Butter; melted

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 300F. Mix the first 3 ingredients. Add the melted
butter. Spread in a baking pan. Bake for 35 - 45 minutes. Serve warm or
cool.
