Baked Rockfish With Ginger-lime Sauce

INGREDIENTS

Stephen Ceideburg
1 1/3 lb Rockfish fillets
1/4 t Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
to taste
1 1/2 T Butter or margarine
1 T Finely grated fresh ginger
2 T Lime juice
2 T Ketchup

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the fish fillets on a rack set in a pan (or use a broiling  pan),
and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in a preheated  450-degree oven
12 minutes per inch of thickness. Test for doneness.  While the fish is
cooking melt the margarine in a small saucepan. Add  the ginger, lime
juice and ketchup. Stir until blended and hot.  Spoon the sauce over
