Let us thank God heartily as often as we pray that we have His Spirit in us to teach us to pray. Thanksgiving will draw our hearts out to God and keep us engaged with Him; it will take our attention from ourselves and give the Spirit room in our hearts.

Baked Salmon With Soured Cream

INGREDIENTS

2 4 oz salmon steaks
4 Soured cream or crme
fraîche
2 T Chopped fresh dill
1 Onion, very finely chopped
1 T Lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the salmon steaks in a small baking dish. Mix together the
remaining ingredients retaining half of the dill. Spoon the sauce  over
the salmon steaks. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C/425°F/gas  mark
7 for 15-18 minutes. Scatter with the remaining herbs and serve  with a
cucumber salad or sauted courgettes.  Converted by MC_Buster.
