When His people are without strength, without resources, without hope, without human gimmicks – then He loves to stretch forth His hand from heaven. Once we see where God often begins we will understand how we may be encouraged.

Baker’s Coconut Crust

INGREDIENTS

2 tb Soft butter
1 pk (1 1/2 cups) Baker's Coconut

INSTRUCTIONS

Spread butter evenly in an 8- or 9-inch pie pan. Sprinkle Baker's Coconut
into the pan and pat evenly into the butter. Bake in modorate oven (350°F.)
until crisp and golden brown (10 to 12 minutes). Cool.
To serve--fill crust with your favorite flavor of Jell-O Pudding and Pie
Filling, made according to package directins, and chill until firm. Or fill
with ice cream and serve immediately.
