Let Him therefore send and do what He will. By His grace, if we are His, we will face it, bow to it, accept it, and give thanks for it. God’s Providence is always executed in the ‘wisest manner’ possible. We are often unable to see and understand the reasons and causes for specific events in our lives, in the lives of others, or in the history of the world. But our lack of understanding does not prevent us from believing God.

Here are some of my favorite recipes. I hope you'll enjoy them as much as
my family does.
Brown the meat without oil until it absorbs all its liquid. Add the onions
then the spices and garlic. Mix well and add the tomatoes. Let the stew
cook on med. heat w/ the lid on. Add the water when the tomatoes appear to
soften. Let it simmer for 15 min. then add the okra, paste and salt. Let
the stew cook slowly and towards the end add the strained tamarinds. Serve
hot w/ rice.
