Barbecued Salmon With Basil

INGREDIENTS

4 Salmon steaks, 6 to 8 ounces
each thawed if
necessary.
2 T Lemon juice
2 T Olive oil
1 t Dried and crushed basil
Lemon wedges

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine lemon juice, olive oil and basil; brush on both sides of
salmon. Grill over medium hot coals 10 minutes per inch of thickness
or until fish flakes when tested with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
