Ingredients: 3 c Black beans; 8 c Water; 1 md Yellow onion; diced; 3 Cloves garlic; minced; 1/2 bn Cilantro; 1 ts Cumin; 1 ts Dried basil; 1 Bay leaf; 1/2 ts Chili flakes; 1 ts Oregano; 2 tb Salt

3	c	Black beans
8	c	Water
1	md	Yellow onion; diced

1/2	bn	Cilantro
1	ts	Cumin

2	tb	Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Place ingredients in large stock pot. Cook at medium heat until done (about
1-1/2 hours). Add more water as necessary.
