INSTRUCTIONS
Wash and cut Romain lettuce. Toss greens with Caesar dressing,
croutons, and Parmesan cheese. Place in bowl. Heat skillet, season
shrimp in cajun spice. Blacken shrimp on each side and place over
Caesar greens. Garnish salad with red onion, tomato, red pepper,
lemon and serve hot.
