LOW SPEED UNTIL SMOOTH.  COVER AND REFRIGERATE ABOUT 6 HOURS OR UNTIL FIRM.
JUST BEFORE SERVING, SHAPE CHEESE MIXTURE INTO A BALL; ROLL IN SESAME SEED.
GARNISH WITH CHOPPED PARSELY IF DESIRED.
