Ingredients: 1 pound loaf; 2/3 c Cool potato water; 1 tb Applesauce; 1 tb Honey; 1 1/2 tb Chives, dried; 2/3 c Mashed red potatoes; 2 c Whole wheat flour; 1 1/2 tb Gluten; 1 ts Salt; 2 ts Yeast; 1/4 c Sesame seeds
