Buddhist Mushroom Fry

INGREDIENTS

2 tb Sesame oil
2 Cloves garlic
2 tb Cooking oil
1 200 gram can Chinese mushrooms
200 g Straw mushrooms; (7 oz)
200 g Button mushrooms; (7 oz)
1 Red pepper
1 tb Light soy sauce
200 ml Water
1 ts Cornflour

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat the oil and fry the garlic until light brown. Add all the
mushrooms and red pepper and fry over high heat for 2 minutes. Add
the sesame oil, soy sauce and continue to stir fry for 2 minutes.
Dissolve the cornflour in water and add to the wok. Bring to a quick
boil and dish up to serve.
