INGREDIENTS

1		Lime; quartered
1	tb	Sugar
		Ice cubes
2 1/2	oz	Cachaça; (Brazilian tequilla)

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the lime and sugar in the bottom of a 4 ounce glass. Using the
handle of a wooden spoon, crush and mash the limes. Fill the glass
with the ice cubes. Pour the liqueur over the ice and stir well.
Yield: 1 drink
