Boil sugar, water and salt until it forms a hard ball in water. Place creme
in a mixing bowl and stir in hot syrup. Continue stirring until slightly
stiff and will hold a peak. Fold in nuts or fruit and vanilla. Drop from a
spoon onto waxed paper.
