If you do not worship God in your family, you are living in positive sin; you may be quite sure you do not care for the souls of your family. And if you do not lead your children and servants to the green pastures of God’s Word, and to seek the living water, how plain is it that you do not care for their souls? INGREDIENTS

4 c Raw tomato sauce, see * note
1 lb Fresh mozzarella, cut 8 nice
slices
8 Whole perfect basil leaves
4 oz Best-quality extra-virgin
olive oil
Salt, to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper
to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Note: See the "Raw Tomato Sauce" recipe which is included in this
collection.  On each of four plates, place 1/2 cup Raw Tomato Sauce
nicely in the  center. Layer 2 slices of mozzarella alternately with
1/2 cup tomato  sauce, forming a lovely stack, like pancakes.  Place 2
basil leaves on top of each stack and drizzle with the olive  oil.
Sprinkle each stack with a little salt and fresh ground black  pepper.
A little black pepper around the plate is a decorative touch.  Serve
